1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing, using, or engaging with SoulStar Energetics services through any platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Liability Waiver ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all services.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES SoulStar Energetics provides energy healing services, spiritual guidance, astrology readings, channeled messages, light code art, and educational content for spiritual and personal development purposes only. All services are provided across multiple platforms including but not limited to: our website, Instagram, booking platforms, Stan Store, Substack, Patreon, email communications, social media platforms, and any other current or future platforms we may utilize.

3. DISCLAIMER OF MEDICAL SERVICES 3.1 The services provided by SoulStar Energetics are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, disease, or mental health disorder.

3.2 Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, psychological services, or any other licensed healthcare services.

3.3 SoulStar Energetics does not provide medical advice and is not a licensed medical or mental health professional.

4. MANDATORY MEDICAL CONSULTATION You are required to consult with a licensed healthcare provider before engaging in any energy healing services if you: a) Are pregnant or nursing b) Have any diagnosed mental health conditions including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or any psychiatric condition c) Are taking psychiatric medications or mood-altering substances d) Have a history of seizures, heart conditions, or other serious medical conditions e) Are currently under medical treatment for any condition f) Have thoughts of self-harm or harming others

5. NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES 5.1 SoulStar Energetics makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind regarding the effectiveness, results, or outcomes of any services provided.

5.2 All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

5.3 Individual experiences and results may vary significantly, and healing outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK 6.1 You acknowledge that participation in energy healing services involves inherent risks including but not limited to emotional releases, physical sensations, and psychological responses.

6.2 You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in our services, whether known or unknown, and whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

7. INFORMED CONSENT By engaging with SoulStar Energetics services, you acknowledge and agree that: a) You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk b) You are solely responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing c) You will seek appropriate medical attention for any health concerns d) You understand that energy healing may trigger intense emotions or physical sensations e) You will immediately discontinue participation if you experience adverse effects

8. COMPLETE RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY 8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue SoulStar Energetics, its owner Felicia, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by you.

8.2 This release includes but is not limited to claims for: a) Death, personal injury, illness, or bodily harm of any kind b) Mental, emotional, or psychological distress or damage c) Property damage or financial losses d) Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages e) Adverse reactions or unexpected outcomes f) Exacerbation of pre-existing conditions or emergence of new conditions g) Actions taken based on guidance received through our services

9. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SoulStar Energetics and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. AGE REQUIREMENT All services require participants to be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Minors are prohibited from using our services.

11. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY 11.1 All purchases are final and non-refundable due to the immediate access to digital content and the energetic nature of the services provided.

11.2 By making a purchase, you acknowledge this non-refundable policy and agree to these terms.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, materials, teachings, methodologies, and intellectual property provided by SoulStar Energetics are proprietary and protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

13. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY Client information and session details are maintained in strict confidentiality and are not shared with third parties, except as required by law.

14. TECHNICAL ISSUES SoulStar Energetics is not responsible for technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, or platform malfunctions that may affect access to digital content or services.

15. MODIFICATION OF TERMS SoulStar Energetics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. FORCE MAJEURE SoulStar Energetics shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, illness, technical failures, government actions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, services may be rescheduled or alternative arrangements made at our discretion.

17. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY 17.1 Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours advance notice. 17.2 Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. 17.3 SoulStar Energetics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

18. COMMUNICATION POLICY 18.1 All official communications will be conducted through email or designated platforms. 18.2 Response times may vary but we aim to respond within 7 business days. 18.3 Emergency situations requiring immediate medical attention should be directed to appropriate emergency services, not SoulStar Energetics.

19. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY 19.1 We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. 19.2 Personal data collected is used solely for providing services and communication purposes. 19.3 For clients in the European Union, additional GDPR protections apply. You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data upon request.

20. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: a) Record, reproduce, or distribute any content from sessions without express written consent b) Resell, transfer, or commercialize any services or materials received c) Use services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes d) Share login credentials or access with unauthorized parties e) Attempt to reverse engineer or copy proprietary methodologies

21. TERMINATION RIGHTS 21.1 SoulStar Energetics reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the client relationship at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or safety concerns. 21.2 In cases of termination by SoulStar Energetics, refunds will be provided at our sole discretion for unused services. 21.3 Clients may terminate services at any time, subject to the non-refundable policy outlined in Section 11.

22. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES 22.1 SoulStar Energetics maintains strict professional boundaries in all client relationships. 22.2 Services are provided in a professional capacity only; no personal relationships extend beyond the scope of services. 22.3 Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or boundary violations will result in immediate termination of services. 22.4 Clients are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate communication at all times.

23. EMERGENCY PROTOCOL If you are experiencing a medical emergency, psychiatric crisis, or thoughts of self-harm, immediately contact emergency services (911), a crisis hotline, or your healthcare provider. SoulStar Energetics services are not appropriate for emergency situations.

24. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 24.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. 24.2 Any legal disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Colorado, in accordance with Colorado state law.

25. SEVERABILITY If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

26. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and SoulStar Energetics and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
